The Fitness Center at Wightman is equipped with a everything you need to keep your workouts fresh, fun and effective:

Cardio equipment includes treadmills, ellipticals, trainers, stationary bikes (including a Peloton), StairMaster, and a rowing machine.

Strength machines feature leg press and extension, leg curl, overhead press, chest press, back extension, ab machines and more.

Free weights area includes a full complement of weights and equipment: dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, Smith Press fixed bar, incline bench, agility ladder, punching bag and more.

Stretching area features stretching and yoga mats, exercise balls, resistance bands and foam rollers.

Shaina Mansur

Personal Trainer
& Nutrition Coach

Shaina Mansur joined Wightman in 2020. After college, Shaina decided to pursue her passion for health and fitness, enrolling in the American Academy of Personal Training where she became certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She enjoys working out with clients of all ages to improve their lives and help them achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, Shaina is a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.

Andre Harris

Strength Coach

A personal trainer for 13 years and a conditioning coach for athletes for 6 years, Andre believes physical strength is the foundation for all athletic qualities (agility, balance, speed, endurance, and stability). Andre has worked with tennis players and swimmers at various club in the Boston area, including Thoreau Club and Wayside Athletic Club.
 
In addition to Wightman, Andre currently coaches at Longfellow in Wayland and is the Track & Field coach at Concord Carlisle High School.
